Below are the available types of commissions I'm offering!

⭐️Headshot⭐️

A neck up portrait of your character

Flat Color: $12

Shaded: $15

I do not currently have any up-to-date examples, but I will post them here as soon as possible!

⭐️Half Body⭐️

This option is currently for anthropomorphic characters only. A waist-up portrait of your character

Flat Color: $20 Shaded: $25

⭐️Full Body⭐️

A full body drawing of your character

Flat Color: $30 Shaded: $35

⭐️Family Tree Icons⭐️

These icons are currently only available in bundles of 4

Singular icons will become available for purchase in the future!

Small, but detailed icons of your characters that are perfect for creating family tree type images! ⭐️ TLK Bundle: $25 (2 adults & 2 cubs; see below for additional info) - You may swap out one cub icon for an adult for additional $3 charge and the last cub for an adult for additional charge of $2; giving you 4 adult icons for $30

- There is no decrease in the cost to downgrade the 2 adult icons to cubs, allowing you to receive 4 lion/hyena cub icons for $25

- You may mix and match your icons! I offer both lions and hyenas at the moment.

Example: You can get 2 adult hyena icons mixed with 2 cub icons or 2 adult lion icons with 2 hyena pup icons

- I am not currently offering icons for canon characters unless you have your own personal design for them.

⭐️MLP Bundle: $30 (2 adults & 2 foals; see below for additional information)

- You may swap out one foal icon for an adult for additional $3 charge and the last foal for an adult for additional charge of $2; giving you 4 adult icons for $35

- You may upgrade an adult pony to a draconequus icon for an additional $2

- You may upgrade a foal to a draconequus pup for an additional $1

- There is no decrease in the cost to downgrade the 2 adult icons to foals, allowing you to receive 4 pony/draconequui foal icons for $30+ (small fee for draconequui)

- You may mix and match your icons! I offer both ponies and draconequui (upcharge) at the moment.

Example: You can get 2 adult pony icons mixed with 2 drac pup icons or 2 adult draconequui icons with 2 pony foal icons

- I am not currently offering icons for canon characters unless you have your own personal design for them.

⭐️Potential Charges and Optional Addons⭐️

These are additional charges that may be included with your final commission cost as well as some options to upgrade your commission with

⭐️Complexity Fee⭐️ You may receive an upcharge for any characters you commission that have a high level of detail or complex anatomy

Fee: $5 -$15

⭐️Additional Characters⭐️ Add an additional character to your commission. This option is available for half bodies and full bodies

Half Body Addition: $10 per character added

Full Body Addition: $15 per character added

⭐️Backgrounds⭐️

You may add on a background to your commission. This option is available for half bodies and full bodies

Simple Backgrounds: $15 and up

Complex Backgrounds: $25 and up

Complex backgrounds are not available at the moment

This option is currently restricted to Discord mutuals for the time being

If you are over the age of 18 you may upgrade your purchase into adult content.

I've decided to increase my prices due to the amount of time it's taking me to complete work, it typically takes 5-8+ hours depending on what it is. I'd also like to slowly transition myself into making enough of an income from my art that I'm able to potentially do art full time! By commissioning me, Qatsby, you agree to the following terms:

• I, Qatsby, have the right to turn down, deny, and cancel any commission at any time for any reason. You will be provided with a reason if this is to occur.

⭐️ Payments ⭐️

• I accept payment through PayPal and the DeviantART Commission Widget only. I will not accept art, character trades, offsite currency, etc. as payment unless otherwise stated.

• I require the full payment upfront upon receipt of your invoice. Your invoice will be sent to you through PayPal.

• If you perform a fraudulent PayPal chargeback before or after the completion of your commission you will be permanently blacklisted.

⭐️ Refunds ⭐️

• Unless I've personally canceled your commission you are NOT entitled to a refund.

• If I personally cancel your commission after you've paid, you will be fully refunded through PayPal or a partial refund of your points through DeviantART, but you are not allowed to keep and/or use, if any, progress images I may have shared with you.

• Due to DeviantART keeping a percentage of the points you pay through the Commission Widget, the points refunded to you will reflect this amount. DeviantART points cannot be refunded for at least 2 weeks due to DeviantART’s processing time.

• PLEASE DO NOT perform a PayPal chargeback for a refund. I will start the process of refunding your payment after I’ve informed you of a cancellation. Receiving your refund through PayPal may take 1-2 weeks due to PayPal restrictions. If you try to receive your refund through a PayPal chargeback, you will be permanently blacklisted.

⭐️ Additional ⭐️

• Once you have your completed commission, you are allowed to post it anywhere you please as long as appropriate credit is given to me as the artist. Please link back to my profile if possible!

• I do not allow commercial use of my artwork unless it is discussed and agreed to by me prior.

• You are free to use customs and adoptables that you have purchased however you please. You are allowed to resell them, but remember it is common courtesy to sell at a higher price only if you increase the value of the item through additional art from yourself or through other commissioned works.

⭐️ Adult Content ⭐️

• NSFW commissions are for 18+ customers only. If you are under the age of 18, DO NOT contact me about NSFW commissions. If you are purchasing NSFW content, a legal form of identification will be required. You must redact all information except for your name and your date of birth. Any identification without the appropriate redactions will be immediately deleted. Your age and name will have to match your PayPal information. If you are trying to purchase NSFW content and are under the age of 18 you will be permanently blacklisted. If I suspect any form of foul play on your part at any step of the commission process you will be permanently blacklisted.

• By commissioning me to create NSFW content for you, you agree that you are of the legal age of 18 or above and are solely responsible for any outcomes caused by any fraudulent misrepresentation on your part as the customer.

⭐️ Timeframe ⭐️

• There is no concrete timeframe for when your commission will be completed. Creating art is my hobby and not my career. My job and family comes first. I will always inform you of delays if I believe your work may take longer than appropriate.

• I tend to work on 1-2 personal art in between commissions to avoid burnout.

⭐️ Communication ⭐️

• Please don't hesitate to ask me for updates, but avoid spamming.

• ❗️Please do NOT communicate with me through the DA Chat function. For questions, use notes instead; the chat function does not work well enough to be reliable❗️

Who knew this needed to be said? Not me lol But first and foremost, I do not mind AT ALL if people reference my artwork, I encourage it if it's helping you learn in any way. We all reference and pick our favorite sources to build our skills from; it is a genuine artistic tool you use to create your art pieces. Now with that being said, what I DO have issue with is when you "reference" my work to the point where several people approach me to notify me that they were able to pick out specific pieces of my work in your drawing from the thumbnail alone. Just because the lines are extremely rough, wiggly, and slight alterations were made to make something your character doesn't change the fact that you HEAVILY referenced, or in this case basically traced, over some of my work. Tracing is what I'm going to have a problem with. So don't act surprised or feign shock when I approach you and try to speak with you. Don't say you've not seen my work when the silhouettes and line style are all there to be seen; this really doesn't help your case when this specific piece has a drastically different style from the rest of your gallery. Tl;dr: I don't care if you reference my work, just don't trace it and expect me not to pop on over and say hello. 🔫🐩
